Terms And Conditions
1. When Buying an Animal
a.
You must pay in FULL to receive your animal(s).
b. We retain the right to refuse sale if we deem you unfit for correct husbandry of the animal(s).
c. We retain the right to hold a gecko shipment until temperature and weather conditions benefit the animal(s).
d. You must be 18 years or older in order to purchase an animal. Written parental consent (via email) must be given for those not of age and a small questionnaire will be provided.

2. Payment
a. When buying online we only accept PayPal money orders that are to be sent to [email protected]
b. We accept cash only in circumstances of you living close enough to pick up the animal(s) locally or at a reptile show. (I.E.: Repticon or Dixie Reptile Show)

3. Shipping
a. Shipping is done via Reptile's Express through FedEx and is only available Monday through Wednesday.
b. An overnight delivery will be shipped either to your door or to a FedEx hub near your area and will arrive the next morning by 11AM.
c. Unless your address is not listed as a rural route I will by default address the package to the nearest FedEx hub in your area. In cases of possible extreme weather changes for the day of shipment, your package will be delivered to your nearest FedEx hub in your area.
d. Shipping is not available during extreme temperatures of 80+ degrees or below 40- degrees. Colder temperatures will require a heat pack.
e. Shipping will ONLY be available through FedEx and Reptile's Express, any other third shipping parties or illegal alternatives will not be tolerated.

4. 7 Day Health Guarantee | DOA
a. If your
animal(s) is dead upon arrival (DOA) or dead upon pickup we MUST receive visual
documentation within ONE hour of arrival or pickup for you to receive a refund.
You may either text, call, or email.
b. If your shipment was sent to your door and you fail to sign for it upon delivery all guarantees are void.
c. You are responsible for quarantining your animal(s).
d. If your animal(s) becomes sick you must notify me within 7 days after initial pick up with either visual documentation of the aforementioned animal(s) or a copy of a vet record containing all details of the illness.
e. If you fail to properly quarantine your animal(s) between 2 weeks and one month all guarantees are void.
f. After our health guarantee proves out, all sales are final.
g. When your animal(s) arrive contact me via text or call within two hours of pickup or all guarantees are void.
h. If you have received your animal(s) from a personal pickup and an event occurs to cause a death I have the right to refuse all refunds and declare all sales final depending on the situation and cause of death.

5. Payment-Plan Options | Holds
a. Payment Plans are available for any animal(s) being advertised for sale with amounts per time being fully negotiable. Winter holds and payment plans are available for all animal(s) advertised during this time. (See 9)
b. You may NOT receive the animal(s) until full payment is received.
c. A mandatory and non-refundable 25% of full purchase price (before shipping total) must be relinquished in order to hold any animal(s).
d. For all purchases under $400 (before shipping totals) placing a hold on an animal will be guaranteed for a maximum of 2 weeks, and payment plans will be guaranteed for a maximum of 30 days.
e. For all purchases exceeding $400 (before shipping totals) placing a hold on an animal will be guaranteed for a maximum of 2 weeks, and payment plans will be guaranteed for a maximum of 60 days.
f. Should you be unreachable or if two payments are missed consecutively without notice your animal(s) is deemed forfeit and released for public sale once more. You will be refunded all but the initial non-refundable deposit amount.
g. If you are not able to make further payments or make a final payment on the animal(s) before our agreed due date without notice your animal(s) will be forfeit and you will be refunded all but the initial deposit amount.
b. You may NOT receive the animal(s) until full payment is received.

6. Returns
a. If you are not satisfied with your animal you may return it with the shipping expenses being paid by you (the buyer), during a period of 30 days.
b. Should you return any purchase you are entitled to either a 50 percent monetary refund, full store credit for a future purchase, or you may choose another animal(s) of equal or lesser value.
c. After 30 days of the initial arrival of the animal should you decide to return your purchase you will not receive a refund, however; you may still choose another animal(s) of equal or lesser value with shipping expenses being paid by you (the buyer).
d. Should any animal advertised as a certain sex prove opposite within a period of 30 days you may exchange the animal for another of equal or lesser value without having to pay for shipping.
b. Should you return any purchase you are entitled to either a 50 percent monetary refund, full store credit for a future purchase, or you may choose another animal(s) of equal or lesser value.
c. After 30 days of the initial arrival of the animal should you decide to return your purchase you will not receive a refund, however; you may still choose another animal(s) of equal or lesser value with shipping expenses being paid by you (the buyer).
d. Should any animal advertised as a certain sex prove opposite within a period of 30 days you may exchange the animal for another of equal or lesser value without having to pay for shipping.
7. Tail Drops
a. In certain cases during shipping animals may or may not drop their tails due to the stress of the trip. Because of this, we do not guarantee that your animal will still have its tail upon arrival.
b. If the animal you purchased loses its tail and you would like to send it back to us you may do so at your own expense. If the tail should be lost before shipment there is no guarantee of a refund as the loss of a tail does not change the value of the animal. You may, however: 1) completely relinquish the animal for a full refund, 2) choose another animal of equal value, or 3) use what you paid as store credit.
c. Crested Geckos do not come with a guaranteed tail upon purchase considering they may drop their tails for any reason and it will not grow back. Keep this in mind before purchasing.
b. If the animal you purchased loses its tail and you would like to send it back to us you may do so at your own expense. If the tail should be lost before shipment there is no guarantee of a refund as the loss of a tail does not change the value of the animal. You may, however: 1) completely relinquish the animal for a full refund, 2) choose another animal of equal value, or 3) use what you paid as store credit.
c. Crested Geckos do not come with a guaranteed tail upon purchase considering they may drop their tails for any reason and it will not grow back. Keep this in mind before purchasing.
8. Trades
a. Any animal(s) available for sale may be subject to trades depending on whether the offered animal is desirable or unless otherwise stated.
b. Should you want to trade the animal(s) offered must be of equal or greater value than the one available.
c. Some animals we are looking for include, but are not limited to:
- Crested Geckos
- Leachianus Geckos
- Sarasinorum Geckos
- Leaf Tail (Uroplatus) Geckos

9. Winter Holds
a. We will NOT ship animals during the winter time when temperatures drop below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This time period typically lasts between October through February.
b. Should you wish to purchase an animal during this time period you may pay a non-refundable 25% deposit on the animal(s) you wish to purchase for it to be held until the Spring.
c. Payments will be continued monthly, and must be received accordingly. If more than one payment is missed without contact your animal(s) will be forfeit and all payments refunded except for the non-refundable deposit.
d. Your animal(s) will be held here without extra cost or liability until the first safe temperature reading within the next year.
